🏃 For Players
Open the Bookt app, browse venues near you, pick a sport, choose an available slot, and confirm. You'll get an SMS confirmation. Payment is collected at the venue when you arrive — no online payment needed.
Yes. Go to My Bookings in the app and tap Cancel on the booking you want to remove. Since Bookt uses a pay-at-venue model, there's nothing to refund. Please cancel with enough notice so the slot is freed for others.
Wait 30 seconds, then tap Resend OTP. Check that you entered your mobile number correctly. If you still don't receive it after two attempts, email us at support@bookt.in with your number and we'll sort it out.
A Confirmed status means your slot is reserved. If you see Pending for more than a few minutes, try refreshing the app. If the status doesn't update, email us with your booking details and we'll manually check it.
Bookt is currently available on Android via Google Play. An iOS version is in the works. In the meantime, iPhone users can access a limited web version at app.bookt.in.
Bookt currently lists football turfs, badminton courts, cricket nets, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and box cricket venues. We're launching first in Nilambur and the Malappuram district (Kerala) and expanding from there. If your city isn't covered yet, drop us a message — it helps us prioritise.
🏟️ For Venue Owners
Email us at support@bookt.in with your venue name, location, and sport type. We'll walk you through the onboarding — it takes less than 15 minutes. Listing on Bookt is currently free.
At launch, Bookt operates on a pay-at-venue model. Players pay you directly when they arrive. There's no commission deducted per booking during the current phase.
Yes. The Bookt owner dashboard supports multiple venues and multiple courts per venue. You can switch between venues from the app, and each court has its own slot grid, pricing, and availability settings.
From your owner dashboard, tap any slot on the slot grid and choose Block. For pricing, go to Venue Settings → Pricing where you can set base rates and separate peak-hour prices by day and time.
Account & Data
Request Account Deletion
To permanently delete your Bookt account and all associated data (bookings history, profile, phone number), email us with the subject line "Delete My Account". We process deletion requests within 7 days.
⚠️ Request Deletion →Bookt collects your mobile number for authentication, your name and preferences for your profile, and your booking history. We do not collect or store payment card details — all payments happen at the venue in cash or UPI. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
Go to Profile → Edit Profile in the app to update your name and sport preferences. To change your registered mobile number, email us at support@bookt.in — number changes require identity verification.
