Plain English summary: Bookt is a platform that connects players with sports venues. You must be 18+ to register. We facilitate bookings — but your arrangement is directly with the venue. Pay-at-venue bookings don't go through Bookt's payment system. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or venues that violate these terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the Bookt mobile application ("App") or visiting bookt.in ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Website.
Bookt is operated as a sole proprietorship registered under the MSME Udyam scheme, India ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bookt.
You must be at least 18 years old to register an account. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Accounts are created using a valid Indian mobile phone number and OTP verification. You agree to provide accurate information (name, email) during profile setup.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@bookt.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Each individual may maintain only one player account. Venue owners may register one venue per account (subject to approval).
When you book a court through Bookt, you are entering into a direct arrangement with the venue. Bookt acts as a platform intermediary only and is not a party to the booking contract.
A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification and email. For pay-at-venue bookings, your slot is reserved upon confirmation.
Cancellation policies are set by individual venues and are displayed on each venue's detail page before you complete a booking. Bookt is not responsible for enforcing refunds for pay-at-venue bookings — these are at the venue's discretion. For online payments, refunds are subject to Razorpay's refund processing timelines.
If you fail to arrive for a reserved slot (pay-at-venue), the booking may be marked as a no-show by the venue. Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension.
For pay-at-venue bookings, no money is collected by Bookt. Payment is made directly to the venue at the time of play. The amount displayed in the App is indicative only.
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. By making an online payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy. Bookt does not store your card or UPI details.
Online bookings may include a platform fee as a percentage of the total amount. This is displayed clearly before checkout.
Court prices displayed in the App are set by venue owners and may vary by time of day, day of week, or special pricing rules. Dynamic pricing, where enabled, is displayed at the time of booking.
Venues may record walk-in bookings for players who book directly without using the App. These bookings are recorded by venue staff and may not include a registered user account. Walk-in records are operational records belonging to the venue.
Tournament listings on the App are subject to Bookt's approval. Bookt reserves the right to reject or remove any tournament listing without prior notice.
Tournament registration fees, formats, and prize details are set by the organising venue. Bookt does not guarantee prizes or the completion of any tournament.
Disputes arising from tournament outcomes, team eligibility, or prize distribution are between the participant and the venue. Bookt is not a party to such disputes.
Venue registrations are reviewed and approved by Bookt's admin team. Approval is at Bookt's sole discretion. Bookt reserves the right to reject or suspend any venue without prior notice.
Venue owners are responsible for ensuring that all venue details, court information, pricing, availability, and policies listed on the App are accurate and up to date.
Venue owners may subscribe to a paid monthly plan (₹299–₹999/month) to access reduced commission rates and additional features. Plan fees are non-refundable. Bookt reserves the right to modify plan pricing with 30 days' notice.
Venue owners may use the App to record walk-in bookings. This data is stored on the Bookt platform and is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Players may leave one review per venue, tied to a verified booking. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. Bookt reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or violate these Terms. Venue owners may not leave reviews for their own venues.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate account termination without notice.
All content, trademarks, logos, and brand assets associated with Bookt — including the Bookt name, tagline "Find it. Book it. Play.", and court-mark logo — are the property of Bookt. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any Bookt branding without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bookt and its owner from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via the App or email. Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may request account deletion by contacting us at support@bookt.in.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malappuram District, Kerala.
